Sketchbooks play a major role in designing my pictures and I have one on the go at all times. I use a mixture of paint, drawing and paper collage to describe the things that happen around me and like to mix up scientific ideas with artistic developments and everyday events. From the sketchbook pages I develop paper collages which I use as inspiration for my textiles. Listed below are recent examples of my hand stitched textiles.
