'Postcards from a Time

and recycling being so relevant today, I have spotted a gap in the
market and produced a paper collage book entitled 'Handbook for Time
Travellers', which is full of useful advice for the prospective Time
Tourist. Questions such as what to do if you meet your grandfather or
end up at the Battle of Hastings are covered, along with the most
pressing of concerns; what to wear?..... (Denim, of course!)
My
Handbook has been the basis of a large collection of textile pieces
entitled 'Postcards from a Time Traveller' which consists of hand sewn
wall hangings, fabric pictures, and a range of printed
greetings cards (now available for sale on etsy.com).
This selection of images is part of a larger series of work
on the subject.
