1998/99 Embroidery tours Europe as part of Anchor Modern Embroidery Award. Galleries include Galerie Smend , Germany and Textilmuseum, St Gallen, Switzerland .

1999 Winner Hand Stitch prize in Madeira Threads ‘Tomorrows World’ Competition.

A range of workshops and talks given in public galleries and to specialist groups, including:

   Illustration in Stitches, Graves Art Gallery, Sheffield

Group Work:

Designed and co-ordinated  large embroidered Millennium Banner worked by 40 members of Church. Now hangs in St Johns Church , Walton.
